Project Overview
This basic graphic design project was focused on representing competence in Adobe Illustrator as well as a creative lens in focal points. This excersize was designed to help me think critically about how visual elements communicate meaning. I was given the task to be constrained to the colors present, to focus on representing; balance, heirarchy, and emphasis. The design has a major and minor focal point, with the viewers eyes being guided along a curated path.
My Process
I started with mockup sketches, focusing on shapes first, while keeping key colors in mind, tansforming the sketches to vector shapes in Adobe Illustrator to really bring the piece together left me with the final product.
